You’re Not Alone, We All Struggle At Some Point
Crossroads are tough and can leave us feeling like our world is closing in on us. My belief is that one of the biggest reasons we feel what we feel at these crossroads is because of how much we care and how much it means for us to be living the life that calls us deeply. Whether that care is in relationship to someone, something, or with ourselves, meeting our needs and doing what we feel called to do can feel like it comes with great risk—and that can be a very difficult thing for us to experience, especially without the help we need.

Our Strengths and Unique Gifts Come From Our Struggles
Sometime we find ourselves feeling so stuck during these crossroads in life can be because we lack a deeper relationship with ourselves and what we value. The stronger our relationship is with ourselves and the clearer our value systems are, the more we can rely on ourselves in moments of discomfort, confusion, and even fear.
As our ability to hold on to what is true about ourselves in the face of adversity strengthens, so does our ability to navigate these transitional moments in a state of loving presence. With an increase in loving presence comes the opportunity to increase our capacities for self-assertiveness, direction and purposefulness. All of this inevitably contributing to the experience of deeper levels of life satisfaction, connection, and peace.
